Catherine Johns is an accomplished instructional designer and educator with over 18 years of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve their learning goals. Holding a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and a master’s degree in education with a focus on instructional design, she has a proven track record of creating impactful e-learning courses, facilitating engaging in-person workshops, and leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences. Catherine has extensive experience working with K-12 students, adult learners, and professionals across various industries.
Her expertise spans instructional design, e-learning development, and learning management systems, with notable projects in financial empowerment, entrepreneurship, employee and volunteer onboarding, cultural competence, and COVID-19 response. She has led initiatives to launch online learning for organizations, including implementing and launching learning management systems (LMS).
